FAQ

What is included in the registration fee?

When paying the total registration fee, you will receive a kit consisting of:

Jacket, pants, shorts, t-shirt and backpack, all from Adidas.

What are the payment methods?

Payment can be made via transfer and/or deposit to the bank account specified by the academy management.

Will there be a refund in case of non-attendance ?​

As it is a ​monthly payment, there will be no refund due to non-attendance.

Reimbursements

When will my child receive their uniform?

​The official Real Madrid Foundation uniform will be given before the start of each season (the date, place and time will be previously informed to each person in charge).

How long do I have to enroll my child?

You can enroll your child at any time during the year until registration closes, they can close at any moment, leaving your child on a waiting list, until new groups open.

Are there discounts for siblings?

Yes, to receive the corresponding information, contact us through the email address provided in the contact section or via WhatsApp.

Will parents have access to the training sessions?

Parents and family members are welcome to visit or stay at the facility as long as they do not interfere with the process. There are designated areas where they can remain, however access to the fields or locker rooms will not be permitted.
