Chapter I – Objective

The purpose of these regulations is to establish the behavioral guidelines for parents,
guardians and companions of players enrolled in the Educational Football Program TULUM
Powered by Fundación Real Madrid, both within our facilities and during all activities
and events in which the academy participates.

Chapter II – General Provisions

Article 1. All rules established in these regulations must be complied with in a mandatory manner without exception.

Article 2. Parents and/or guardians must remain in the areas designated for the general public during training sessions and matches. Entering the playing field without prior authorization from the director, coordinator or coach of the category is strictly prohibited.

Article 3. Parents and guardians must show respect at all times toward all members of the Educational Football Program TULUM Powered by Fundación Real Madrid, as well as players, parents and coaches of opposing teams and the refereeing staff.

• Under no circumstances may anyone enter our facilities or the venues where matches take place under the influence of intoxicating substances, alcoholic beverages, or while carrying weapons.
• Parents must respect the entry and exit schedules for their children’s training sessions and matches, as established by the director, coordinator or coach of the Educational Football Program TULUM Powered by Fundación Real Madrid.

Article 4. Parents and players share responsibility for the proper use and care of all academy uniforms.

• Avoid giving “technical or tactical” instructions during training sessions or matches.
• If this rule is not respected, the parent will be asked to leave the facility. Repeated behavior may result in being prohibited from attending future training sessions or matches until further notice.
• Parents must not question, demand or suggest tactical formations, substitutions or sports-related decisions to the coach.
• Respect must always be maintained, avoiding verbal insults or behavior that incites violence.
• Avoid engaging in arguments with parents from opposing teams.
• Repeated aggressive behavior may result in indefinite suspension from entering training facilities or attending matches.
• The complete academy training and competition kit must be purchased without exception.
• Players must attend all scheduled academy activities wearing the official uniform.
• The use of academy apparel in sports events not organized by the Educational Football Program TULUM Powered by Fundación Real Madrid is strictly prohibited.

Article 5. Parents are responsible for their children’s attendance at training sessions and matches.

• It is important that parents ensure their children attend all academy commitments.
• If attendance is not possible, parents must notify the coach in advance to allow proper planning of training sessions and matches.

Article 6. Communication between parents and the technical staff.

• Issues such as absences, tardiness or unforeseen situations should be communicated directly to the coach of the category.
• Any matters related to the player’s sports development or personal issues should be addressed directly with the academy coordinator or director.

Article 7. Withdrawals and right of admission.

• The academy director and coordinator have the authority to accept or withdraw any student who does not comply with the values and profile expected by the academy.
• The academy reserves the right of admission to both the program and the facilities where training sessions and matches are held.

Chapter III – Payments and Penalties

Article 1. Payment Dates

• The registration fee must be paid in a single payment via bank transfer or deposit to the academy’s designated account.
• Monthly payments must be made within the first five days of each month.
• Failure to pay within the required dates will result in a late fee of $500 MXN.
• If payment is not completed before the 10th day of the month, the student will not be allowed to participate in training sessions.

Chapter IV – Access Routes and Traffic Rules

Article 1. Access to Tulum Country Club Facilities

• Respect must always be shown toward the Tulum Country Club security staff responsible for controlling access to the facilities.
• Access to the facilities is controlled, therefore parents should allow sufficient time to arrive on time for training sessions.
• Access to the playing field will be regulated by the security staff in coordination with the academy staff, who will communicate the procedures for entering the field.

Article 2. Traffic Rules

• All traffic regulations established by Tulum Country Club must be respected within the facilities.
• Dropping off children in supplier circulation areas is strictly prohibited.
• Do not block the circulation of trucks or service vehicles.
• The security staff, in coordination with the academy staff, will manage vehicle flow and provide instructions upon arrival.

Chapter V – Safety within the Facilities

Article 1. Leaving the designated perimeter of the TCC Arena is strictly prohibited. Parents and players must remain within the designated areas including the stands, playing field and restrooms.

Chapter VI – Final Provisions

Article 1. Any matters not covered by these regulations will be resolved by the academy’s management.
